Leveraging the Joule-Thomson effect, the Frigimat can produce a solid 454 g (16 oz) block of dry ice in just 1–2 minutes. The block can be removed in approximately 30 seconds, allowing for rapid workflow and minimal downtime. This makes it ideal for experiments, cold storage, sample transportation, or any application requiring controlled cooling.
